摘　　要：转型发展是“十二五”及未来一个时期河南经济社会发展主旋律。改革开放以来，随着经济社会的快速发展，河南城乡发展也取得了显著成效，城镇数量显著增加，城镇规模不断扩大，城镇化水平显著提高，农民收入显著提高，农业产业化进程不断加快，新农村建设扎实推进。但是在或乡快速发展的过程中，也面临着一些突出矛盾和问题，如城镇发展质量和效益不高、Transforming development is the main theme of Henan's economic and social development during the 'twelfth five-year plan' period and in the future period. Speed up urban and rural transformation development,and accelerate the process of urban-rural integration are the key to solve these problems and inevitable choice to deepen Henan's rural and urban development.
