摘  要:目的:观察肌注鼠神经生长因子配合生物肌电反馈及中医电针治疗胸腰段椎体爆裂性骨折致脊髓损伤患者的疗效。方法:将47例胸腰段椎体爆裂性骨折致脊髓损伤患者随机分成治疗组(24例)和对照组(23例),治疗组采用肌注鼠神经生长因子配合肌电生物反馈及中医电针治疗,对照组主要采用维生素C、维生素B12等药物并联合其他物理治疗。治疗6个月后进行FIM及Barthel指数评分。结果:治疗后,患者FIM及Barthel指数评分均较治疗前有所增加,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组FIM及Barthel指数值较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组优良率为79.17%,对照组为47.83%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:肌注鼠神经生长因子配合肌电生物反馈及中医电针治疗胸腰段椎体爆裂性骨折致脊髓损伤可以有效改善患者日常生活能力及下肢活动能力,在相同的治疗时间后效果明显优于对照组。Objective:To observe the effectiveness of mouse nerve growth factor, electromyographic biofeedback and electro-acupuncture in treatment of patients with spinal cord injury after fractures of thoracolumbar segment.Methods:47 patients with spinal cord injury after fractures of thoracolumbar segment were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(24 cases) and the control group(23cases).The patients in treatment group were treated with mNGF,electromyographic biofeedback and electro-acupuncture,while the patients in control group were treated mainly with Vit C,Vit B12 and so on.FIM and Barthel scores were recorded after 6 months treatment.Results:It was shown that the FIM and Barthel scores increased after the treatment(P0.01),and was higher in the treatment group than in control group(P0.01).Furthermore,the good rate was 79.17% in treatment group,and 47.83% in control group,and there was significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion:mNGF,electromyographic biofeedback and electro-acupuncture can effectively improve the activities of daily living and lower limb ability of patients with spinal cord injury after thoracolumbar fractures.
