伐昔洛韦联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察伐昔洛韦联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将72例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。2组均给予伐昔洛韦片治疗,治疗组加用龙胆泻肝汤治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效、皮疹消退及疼痛缓解时间、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及后遗神经痛发生率和安全性。结果治疗组总有效率为80.6%高于对照组的63.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间、疼痛缓解时间及总病程均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后VAS疼痛评分均降低,且治疗组下降值较对照组明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗带状疱疹安全、有效。Objective To observe the effect of valacyclovir combined with longdan xiegan decoction in herpes zoster. Methods 72 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 36 cases. Two groups were treated with valaciclovir tablets, and treatment group were given longdan xiegan decoction. Compared the clinical efficacy ,the rash subsided and pain relief time,visual analog scale（VAS） pain scores and zoster incidence and security of two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 80.6% higher than 63.9% of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. The stop blisters time, crusting time, off scab time ,pain relief time and total duration of treatment group were shorter than those of control group,there were significant differences（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treat- ment, the VAS pain scores were lower than those before treatment, the decline of treatment group was more obvious than that of control group,there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Valacyclovir combined with longdan xiegan decoc- tion is effective and safe for the treatment of herpes zoster.
