摘  要:向均聚聚丙烯(iPP)中添加α成核剂制备透明聚丙烯时,挤出过程设置不同挤出温度,以考察挤出温度对样品透光性能和力学性能影响的机理。测试了透光率和力学性能。结果表明,当挤出温度为230℃时可以获得透光率最佳的样品,这是由于温度高时α成核剂溶解度变大,成核密度变大,晶体尺寸减小所致;拉伸强度提高,断裂伸长率和冲击强度有所降低。The mechanism of the effect of different extrusion temperature on translucent and mechanical property of the transparent polypropylene was studied by setting different blending temperature when α nucleating agent was added into iPP. The light transmittance rate and mechanical properties were tested. The results show that the best light transmittance rate of specimens is achieved with the extrusion temperature of 230 ℃, which is owing to the smaller crystal size and the larger nucleation density caused by the larger solubility of α nucleating agent. The tensile strength of the specimen is increased, the elongation at break and impact strength decrease.
