摘 要:酸度系数是衡量用于外墙外保温系统的岩棉的重要指标。设计了不同酸度系数岩棉的组成,试验表明,样品的融制温度和耐水性随酸度系数的提高而上升,其中酸度系数2.0时耐水性为酸度系数1.0的3.45倍。岩棉制品的受热体积收缩率随酸度系数的降低而明显增大,酸度系数1.33的岩棉制品的体积收缩率高达85%,而酸度系数2.01时体积没有变化。分析了与酸度系数有关性能对外墙外保温系统的影响。Acidity coefficient is an important index for rock wool used in exterior wall insulation system; Samples designed with different acidity coefficients indicated that the melting temperature and water resistance increased with the acidity coefficient rise. The water resistance for rock wool of acidity coefficient on 2.0 was 3.45 times greater than that of on 1.0. The volume shrinkage ratios while heating increased obviously with the decrease of the acidity coefficient, and volume shrinkage rate of rock wool products of acidity coefficient on 1.33 was as high as 85%, meanwhile it's no change on 2.01. The effects of performances related to acidity coefficient on external thermal insulation system are also discussed in present paper.
