摘 要:以甘氨酸(Gly)、亚磷酸和甲醛为原料,通过Mannich反应合成水泥缓凝剂甘氨酸二(亚甲基膦酸)。重点考察了单体摩尔比对缓凝剂性能的影响。结果表明,当n(Gly)∶n(H3PO3)∶n(HCHO)=1.00∶2.05∶2.10,甲醛滴加时间为1 h,105℃下反应2 h时,合成缓凝剂的缓凝效果最佳。并从水泥水化的角度研究了缓凝剂的缓凝效果,能够有效降低水泥的水化放热速率和放热量,延缓水化放热峰值的出现。与减水剂的复配研究表明,其适应性好,且有一定的辅助保坍功能。Cement retarder glycine di(methylene phosphonic acid)(GDMP) was synthesized by Mannich reaction with glycine (Gly) ,phosphorous acid and formaldehyde as raw materials. The influence of molar ratios of GDMP on the retarding effect of cement was mainly inspected. It is showed that the optimum reaction condition is as follows: n(Gly):n (H3PO3):n (HCHO)=I.00:2.05: 2.10,dropping time of formaldehyde is 1 hour, and reaction is undergoing at 105 ~C for 2 hours. The retarding effect of retarder was investigated by cement hydration, GDMP can obviously reduce the rate of heat evolution,the amount of hydration heat,and delay the time to hydration exothermic peak. The performance of compounds with water-reducing agent showed that GDMP has good adaptability and has certain slump retaining function.
