摘 要:以磷酸三苯酯改性酚醛树脂为原料,采用熔融纺丝法制备出改性酚醛纤维,并对改性酚醛纤维的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:与纯酚醛纤维相比,磷酸三苯酯改性后的酚醛纤维韧性增加,其阻燃性和热稳定性明显提高;当磷酸三苯酯质量分数为7%时,改性酚醛纤维拉伸强度为114.2 MPa,弹性模量为3217 MPa,极限氧指数提高至41.86%,在空气气氛下600℃的残炭率增至75.0%,在氮气气氛下800℃的残炭率增至69.4%。Modified ph enolic fibers were prepared from triphenyl phosphate modified phenolic resin by melt spinning process. The structure and properties of modified phenolic fiber were studied.The results showed that the tenacity of triphenyl phosphate modified phenolic fiber was increased as compared with that of pure phenolic fiber,and the flame retardancy and thermal stability were also profoundly improved;and the tensile strength of the modified phenolic fiber was 114.2 MPa,the elastic modulus was 3 217 MPa,the limiting oxygen index was increased to 41.86%,and the carbon yield was increased to 75.0%at 600℃in air atmosphere and 69.4%at 800℃in nitrogen atmosphere when the content of triphenyl phosphate was 7%by mass fraction.
