降低涤纶短纤维产品加工费用的措施浅析

摘　　要：通过对100 kt/a涤纶短纤维装置产品加工费用分析,探讨降低涤纶短纤维产品加工费用的措施。结果表明:蒸汽、电、工业风、油剂和包装材料消耗是影响短纤维产品加工费用的关键;涤纶短纤维生产过程中,通过优化生产运行模式,统筹安排设备检、维修作业,推行油剂调配、包装标准化操作,改造后纺抽湿排气系统,加强油剂流程管理、包装袋质量验收等措施,涤纶短纤维产品加工费用明显降低。The operation cost of 100 kt/a PET staple fiber plant was analyzed.The approaches to reduce the processing cost of PET staple fiber products were discussed.The results showed that the principal factors bearing upon the processing cost of PET staple fiber products relied on the consumption of steam,electrical power,industrial air,oil and package material;and the processing cost of PET staple fiber products can be obviously decreased by optimizing the operation mode,overall arranging the equipments inspection and maintenance,carrying out the standard oil fonnulation and packing operation,reforming the dehumidifying and exhaust system for back spinning and strengthening the oiling process management and package bag quality inspection.
