摘　　要：目的观察缝匠肌肌皮辩转移修复股骨大转子部压创的临床效果。方法利用缝匠肌肌皮瓣转移修复大转子压疮21例，男18例，女3例，年龄25～68岁，平均49岁。供区全部直接缝合，皮瓣切取面积最大为8cm×10cm，最小为5cm×7cm。结果全部肌皮瓣成活，压创均一期愈合。术后均随访1年，肌皮瓣颜色、质地好、压创未再发生。结论缝匠肌肌皮瓣血运丰富，抗感染能力强，修复大转子压疮方法可靠，转移方便，临床治疗效果好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of sartorius muscle flap on bedsore in the femur greater trochanter. Methods Twenty - one cases of bedsores in the femur greater trochanter were treated with the sartorius muscle flap, 18 cases were males, and 3 cases were females. Mean age was 49 （ranging from 25 -68） year old. Donor site were all directly sewn up. The largest area of the flap was 8 cm × 10 cm, and the smallest was 5cm × 7 cm. Results All the flap were survived, and all the bed- sores were primary healing. Patients were followed up for 1 year, the colour and texture of the sartorius muscle flap were perfect, and the bedsore was not reccured. Conclusions The blood supply of the sartorius muscul cutaneous flap is plentiful, anti - infection ability is powerful, is relliable for the repairment of the bedsore in the greater trochanter, and fiansfering is convenient, effectiveness is pefect.
