摘  要:热激转录因子是高等植物热胁迫响应基因转录水平上的中心调控蛋白,在植物的热胁迫信号转导以及耐热性中起着关键作用。为了给作物耐热性研究和应用提供有益的参考,本文从热激转录因子家族基因的分类、克隆、功能分析及其作用机理等方面详细介绍了模式植物拟南芥以及番茄、水稻、玉米和小麦等主要作物中该家族基因与耐热性关系的研究现状,并对该家族基因研究中亟待解决的问题进行了探讨。The regulation of heat responsive genes is mainly on transcription level, heat shock transcription factor is the master regulator in this process and it plays decisive roles in plant's response to high temperature stress and thermo-tolerance. In this paper, current research on the relationship be tween heat shock transcription factors and thermo-tolerance of plants, as well as the mechanisms in volved in this process were reviewed in detail. Finally, some important and urgent issues of this gene family were also pointed and discussed, which would provide valuable information for further cloning and functional characterization of other members of this gene family from crops (Wheat, Barley etc. ) in future.
