摘  要:节约能源、减少污染物排放,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会仍是我国一项重要战略任务。高校作为社会大系统的重要组成部分,建设节约型校园也是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的主要推动力。九江学院结合校园实际情况,就污水地表漫流处理系统进行生活污水的处理进行了有益的尝试。项目稳定运行后,能有效去除生活污水中主要污染物,且出水水质达到城镇污水处理厂二级排放标准,实现了社会效益、生态效益与经济效益的统一,达到了节约水资源、减少污染物排放的效果。It is still a crucial strategic task of China to conserve energy, reduce emission, construct resource - saving and environment - friendly society. As the university is an important component of social system, building an abstemious university is one of the main driving forces for constructing resource - saving and environment - friendly society. According to the actual conditions of the campus, Jiujiang university has made a positive attempt in domestic sewage treatment by applying the overland -flow treatment system. When the project is in stable operation , the pollutants in domestic sewage will be significantly reduced. Also the water quality of effluent has achieved second grade discharge standard of urban Sewage Treatment Plant. The unification of social, ecological and economic benefits as well as the outcome of saving water resource and reducing emission is reached.
