摘　　要：目的调查了解农村地区社区卫生服务机构抗茵药物的应用现状及存在的问题,为规范基层医疗机构抗菌药物的使用提供合理化建议。方法随机抽取九江地区6家乡镇卫生院,以问卷与实地考察相结合的方式了解抗茵药物使用的相关信息。结果农村基层卫生服务机构普遍存在抗菌药物不合理使用现象,既有技术上的问题,也有管理上的漏洞,主要表现在药物选择档次过高,联用品种繁杂,给药方案不合理及无病原学依据等。结论农村社区卫生服务机构抗茵药物不合理应用现象严重,亟待干预。To investigate the utilization status and problems of antibiotics of Community Health Services in the rural areas in order to offer some reasonable advices for regularizing the use of antibiotics in sub - unit hospitals. Method： The data regarding the utilization of antibiotics were obtained by questionnaire survey and the on- the-spot investigation from the randomly selected 6 township hospitals in Jiujiang. Results： The irrational drug utili- zation phenomena were widespread in rural health services, involving technical problems as well as administrative loophole, which lead to selection of super - high drugs, miscellaneously combined uses of antibiotics, nonstandard dosage regimen, lack of etiology evidence. Conclusion： The irrational drug utilization phenomena are widespread in rural health services , which should be given proper intervention.
