摘 要:目的研究大豆苷元(daidzein,DD)对压力负荷性大鼠一氧化氮(NO)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的影响。方法采用腹主动脉缩窄术制备大鼠实验模型。将大鼠随机分为假手术对照组、模型组、DD(30、60、120 mg.kg-1)治疗组。给药4周后处死大鼠,检测大鼠主动脉、心肌组织及肾组织NO含量;血浆、心肌组织及肾组织AngⅡ含量。结果与模型组比较,DD能使大鼠主动脉、心肌组织、肾组织NO含量显著升高;血浆、心肌组织、肾组织AngⅡ含量显著降低。结论 DD可以升高压力负荷性大鼠NO含量、抑制AngⅡ产生。Objective To study the influence of daidzein on nitrogen oxide (NO) and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) in rats induced by pressure overload. Methods The model rats were prepared by abdominal aorta constriction. The operated rats were divided into sham operated control group, aorta - constricted model group and three DD - treated groups ( 30, 60, 120 mg · kg^-1 ). After four weeks treatment, the contents of NO in aorta, myocardlum and nephridial tissue and the contents of Ang Ⅱ in plasma, myocardium and nephridial tissue of all rats were measured. Results In comparison with aorta - constricted model group, DD could significantly increase the contents of NO in aorta, myocardium and nephrid- ial tissue and decrease the contents of Ang Ⅱ in plasma, myocardium and nephridial tissue. Conclusion DD can in- crease the contents of NO and decrease the contents of Ang H in rats induced by pressure overload.
