摘 要:旨在研究中草药添加剂对断奶幼兔生长性能和腹泻率的影响。选用(35±2)日龄断奶幼兔144只,随机分成对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,每组6个重复,每重复6只。对照组在基础日粮基础上添加0.1g/kg杆菌肽锌,试验组在基础日粮上分别添加5、10、20g/kg中草药添加剂,预试期7d,正试期60d。结果表明,中草药添加剂对试验前期平均日增量及料肉比影响不显著(P>0.05),但降低平均日采食量,其中试验Ⅲ组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在试验后期及全期,中草药添加剂增加平均日增量,降低料肉比,但对平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),其中试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组料肉比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组平均日增量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,中草药添加剂提高断奶幼兔的生长性能,降低腹泻率,在试验条件下中草药添加剂在断奶幼兔日粮中的最佳添加量为10g/kg。To investigate the effects of Chinese herbal additive on growth performance and diarrhea rate of weaned rabbits,a total of 144 weaned rabbits with age of(35±2) days were randomly allocated into 4 groups(control group,test groupⅠ,test groupⅡand test group Ⅲ) with 6 replicates and 6 rabbits in each replicate.Control group was fed basal diet with 0.1 g/kg zinc bacitracin and test groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 5 g/kg,10 g/kg and 20 g/kg Chinese herbal additive,respectively.The trial lasted for 7 days for adaptation and 60 days for test.The results showed as follows: No significant effect of Chinese herbal additive was observed on average daily gain and feed to gain ration(P0.05) in the 1st stage,but it decreased average daily feed intake and test group Ⅲ was significantly lower than control group(P0.05).In the 2nd and whole stage,feed to gain ration in test groupⅡ and Ⅲ were significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05),and average daily gain in test group Ⅲ was significantly improved than that in control group(P0.05),so Chinese herbal additive increased average daily gain and decreased feed to gain ration,but no significant effect was observed on the average daily feed intake(P0.05).Compared with control group,test groupⅡ and Ⅲ could significantly decrease diarrhea rate(P0.05).The results indicated that Chinese herbal additive had the function of improving growth performance and decreasing diarrhea rate and the appropriate supplemental amount of Chinese herbal additive was 10 g/kg under this experimental condition.
