摘  要:为比较有毒植物曼陀罗及其变种紫花曼陀罗对小菜蛾的杀虫生物活性,采用室内生测方法,分别测定曼陀罗及其变种紫花曼陀罗种子、茎杆、叶片、果壳水提取物对3龄小菜蛾幼虫的取食、存活及生长发育等的影响。结果表明,供试曼陀罗及其变种紫花曼陀罗各器官的水提取物对小菜蛾幼虫均表现出一定的生物活性,且以拒食活性表现最为明显;紫花曼陀罗的拒食和胃毒活性均高于曼陀罗;就供试材料各器官比较而言,曼陀罗的种子水提取物活性最高,而其变种紫花曼陀罗则是茎杆水提取物的活性最高。大量废弃的紫花曼陀罗茎杆有待开发为植物源杀虫剂。The water extracts of seeds,stems,leaves and peels from Datura stramonium L.and Datura stramonium L.var.tatula Torrey were bioassayed with third instar Plutella xylostella larvae.The results indicated that both of the two Datura species' water extracts showed insecticidal activities against P.xylostella,among which antifeedant activity was the most significant.Besides,both of the antifeedant and stomach toxicity activities of D.tatula were higher than those of D.stramonium.As to different donor sites,water extracts of D.stramonium seeds had the highest insecticidal activities,while in D.tatula,the most active water extracts were from stems.It can be seen from the results above that plenty of abandoned D.tatula stems could be used as botanic insecticide.
