摘　　要：目的建立灵芝孢子油中三油酸甘油酯的HPLC-ELSD含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相:乙腈-异丙醇(体积比51∶49),流速:1 mL.min-1,ELSD漂移管温度:80℃,载气流速:2.0 L.min-1。结果三油酸甘油酯在2.08～20.8μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.04%,RSD值为2.8%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可为灵芝孢子油的质量评价提供参考依据。Objective To develop a quantitative method for the determination of glycerol trioleate in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil by HPLC-ELSD. Methods HPLC was performed on aDiamonsil C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）with acetonitrile-isopropanol （51：49 ） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of l mL · min-l. The temperature of drift tube was 80 ℃, and the flow rate of gas was 2.0 L·min -1. Results The calibration curves were linear between 2.08 - 20.8 μg（ r = 0.999 5 ）, the average recovery was 99.04% with the RSD of 2.8% ,respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which may be used for the determination of glycerol trioleate in C, anoderma lucidum spore oil.
