摘　　要：应用型本科教育是高等教育的重要组成部分.培养应用性、复合性和创新型人才,对于应用型本科教育具有十分重要的意义.以浙大城市学院自动化专业建设为例,从人才培养目标定位与专业建设思路、教学计划制定、课程群建设、实验室建设、学科竞赛、产学研基地建设等方面,研究应用型本科自动化专业人才的培养模式,提出了自动化专业人才培养方案,并在实践中进行了应用.Applied undergraduate education is an important part of higher education.Cultivation of applied,compound and innovative talents has very important significance for applied undergraduate education.Taking automation specialty construction of Zhejiang University City College as an example,this paper studies the cultivation mode of applied undergraduate talents in automation specialty from aspects of target location and specialty construction thoughts of talent cultivation,establishment of teaching plan,curricular group construction,laboratory construction,subject contests and industry-university-research base,puts forward training program of talent cultivation in automation specialty,and applied during practice.
