摘 要:目的探讨全身振动对降低老年女性骨质疏松性骨折发生的作用。方法采用随机对照研究。70例入选的高危老年女性受试者随机分为振动组(n=38)和对照组(n=32)。振动组:应用频率为30 Hz的振动治疗仪,3次/周,10 min/次,共12周振动干预,所有受试者均每日服用钙尔奇D 600 mg。对照组仅服用相同剂量的钙尔奇D。观察两组患者治疗前后腰椎骨密度(BMD)、平衡能力和疼痛症状的变化以及1年内跌倒和骨折发生率的情况。结果与干预前相比,两组患者的腰椎BMD均有显著上升、骨痛症状均有明显缓解,但是振动组的变化更为明显(与对照组相比,P<0.05);振动干预后患者跌倒次数以及骨折发生率均低于对照组。振动干预后患者的平衡能力较前明显增强(P<0.05),而对照组无显著变化。结论低量高频率全身振动干预是降低老年女性骨质疏松性骨折发生的有效措施。Objective To observe the effects of whole body vibration(WBV)on postmenopausal osteoporosis and fracture.Methods 70 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis were randomlized into two groups:WBV group(n=38)and control group(n=32).Both groups were treated with calcium carbonate D(each containing carbonate Calcium 600 mg,vitamin D 125 IU),600 mg/qd.Besides,Vibration group received 30 Hz WBV(10 min per time,3 times a week)for 12 weeks.Bone mineral density(BMD),pain scale,body balance capability,and fall,fracture rates were evaluated.Results Compared with the previous,the BMD were significantly increased and pain improved in both groups after treatment(P〈0.05),but the changes in WBV group were more noted than the control.WBV significantly increased the body banlaning capability(P〈0.05),while it had no change in the control group.The fall and fracture rates were lower in the WBV group when compared with the control(P〈0.05).Conclusions WBV of low-level and high-frequency is safe and effective for prevention of postmenopausal osteoporotic fracture.
