摘 要:本文先通过理论分析逆变器在发生开路故障时,其机侧电流会发生畸变。根据此现象,本文提出了一种基于标幺化均值的方法来诊断PwM逆变器的开路故障。基本思想是对网侧三相相电流进行标幺化,并取其标幺化均值和标幺化绝对值均值的差值作为故障特征量,通过对特征量的分析来检测和定位故障功率管位置。该方法利用原有逆变器采集装置,不需要增加硬件设备。仿真结果表明,该方法能够在非理想条件下检测、定位故障功率管。Firstly, the theoretical analysis of PWM inverter under open-circuit Fault is given. Distortion of Motor side current occurs when the inverter faults. According to this phenomenon, an approach to diagnose of PWM inverter open circuit failure based on normalized average is proposed. The basic idea is that normalizing the three current in the network side, then the normalized averages and absolute value averages which are introduced as the characteristic fault signatures are analyzed to detect and locate the failure power switch. This method uses the original acquisition device of the inverter, no additional hardware devices. Through simulation, it proves that the method produced in this paper can detect and locate the fault power switch in non-idea/conditions.
