广西产红腺忍冬有效成分的含量测定研究

摘　　要：[目的]测定广西产红腺忍冬中绿原酸、总绿原酸和总黄酮的含量,为广西产红腺忍冬的质量控制提供依据。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定总绿原酸和总黄酮的含量。[结果]采自广西忻城各地的红腺忍冬中绿原酸、总绿原酸和总黄酮的平均含量依次为5.31%,9.34%,4.83%。[结论]该方法准确、简便,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于红腺忍冬药材的质量控制。[Objective]To determine the content of chlorogenic acid, total chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids in Lonicera Hypogtauca Miq grown in Guangxi in order to provide evidence for quality control.[ Methods]Chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC, and total chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids were determine by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. [ Results ] The average contents of chlorogenic acid, total chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids in Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq grown in Xincheng in Guangxi were 5.31%, 9.34% and 4.83%.[Conclusion] This method is accurate and simple to practice with good repeatability and stability, and could be used for quality control of Lonicera Hypoglauca Miq.
