摘  要:目的 探讨感觉统合训练对MCI患者语义理解力N400的影响.方法 研究采用配对设计,从潍坊某老年苑500例老年人中用MMSE量表筛选出了32例MCI患者,随机分为观察组(n=16)和对照组(n=16),观察组给予感觉统合训练,对照组不给予任何干预,干预时间为2个月.采用美国Neuroscan公司生产的ERP系统,用STIM2软件编写刺激程序(语义违例实验),用SCAN 4.3软件记录并分析数据,应用SPSS17.0进行t检验分析结果.结果 ①两组均产生较明显的特异性成分N400;②与对照组相比,观察组反应时明显缩短,正确率明显提高,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05);取Fz,Cz,Pz,C3,C4五电极潜伏期平均值,与对照组相比,观察组潜伏期缩短(P〈0.05),波幅明显增大(P〈0.01).结论 感觉统合训练能够改善MCI患者的语义理解能力.Objective To study the impact of Sensory integration training on the MCI patients semantic understanding by Eventrelated Potential N400. Methods Thirty-two patients with MCI were screened from 500 ehlerly people who were in aged Court in Weifang by MMSE scale,those patients were divided into the observation group(n = 16) and the control group( n = 16), observation group were given Sensory integration training while without any treatment in control group. There was 2 months about intervention time. Stimulation procedures ( semantic violation experiment) were written by STIM2 software with /IS Neuroscan ERP system. The SCAN 4.3 software was used to record and analyze data,apply SPSS 17.0 was used to do T-test. Results (1)Both groups have an obvious specific component N400. (2)Compared with the control group,the observation group reaction time was significantly shorter,the correct rate rises apparently (P 〈 0.05 ) ;With Fz ,Cz, Pz, C3, C4 five electrode lateney were averaged,the latency of the observation group was shortened compared with the control group( P 〈 0.05 ) ,and amplitude increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Sensory integration training can improve the semantic understanding of MCI patients.
