摘 要:选用6个中晚熟、5个早熟玉米自交系,分别组配杂交组合。运用NCⅡ设计,对25个杂交组合的生育阶段进行了分析,结果表明:出苗至拔节期、拔节至抽雄期,早熟组合生育天数短,生长发育快;中晚熟组合生育天数长,生长发育慢,抽雄期可以作为玉米早熟性的重要生理性状和育种参数。抽雄至散粉期、散粉至吐丝授精期、吐丝授精至成熟期3个阶段相互间无显著关系。Choosing six therein late-maturing and five early-maturing maize inbred lines,hybrid combinations were developed respectively. Using NC Ⅱ design,growth stages of 25 combinations were analyzed. The results showed that:compared with the late-maturing maize,the early- maturing maize showed shorter duration from the emergence to elongation, elongation to tasseling stages, and rapid ;the late-maturing maize showed longer growth and development duration,and slow growth. The tasseling stage could be considered as important physiological traits and breeding parameter to early maturity of maize. There was no significant relationship between tasseling to powder stage ,powder to spinning stage,spinning insemination to mature stage pairwise.
