摘　　要：针对两种形式甘蔗切割器在收获甘蔗过程中造成的甘蔗破头率大小不同的问题，对甘蔗切割器的工作参数和结构参数进行因素分析，探讨相同影响因素与甘蔗破头率之间的关系，以及两种形式的甘蔗切割器与甘蔗破头率的差异，为甘蔗切割器的设计提供理论和实际依据，具有重要的理论意义和指导价值。Aiming at the difference of broken biennial root rate in process of sugarcane harvester , conduct a analysis study of affecting factors about working parameters and structure parameters . The relation between the rate of broken biennial root and the same affecting factors was discussed , as well as the two kinds of sugarcane cutters . These studies will supply more theoretical significances and practical values basis on cutter structural design of sugarcane harvester , and it does have value for theoretical and practical research.
