摘　　要：从服务社会主义新农村文化建设的角度入手,概括欧盟和中国农业信息服务的作用与模式,分析农业院校图书馆为新农村建设服务的优势,并对中国农业大学图书馆在服务新农村建设方面的实践经验进行了总结,探索农业文献信息资源服务新农村建设的模式。The paper introduced the functions and model of EU and China agricultural information serving the new socialist countryside cultural construction,analyzed the advantages of agricultural university libraries serving for the new socialist construction,and then summarized the practical experiences of China Agricultural University library serving the new socialist countryside construction,finally explored the services model of agricultural literature and information resources to the new socialist countryside.
