高支高密接结双层织物优化设计的探讨

摘　　要：针对高支高密色织表里接结双层织物存在的色彩遮盖不良、类似"稀密路"疵点和接结牢度低的问题,结合实例详细解析形成原因,提出调整双层接结方法,优化平均接结点(单元)循环纱线数设计和接结点配置以及接结处纱线的选择等措施,合理解决了外观性和内在性之间的矛盾,弥补该类织物的服用缺陷。The causes of poor coverage of color,'thin & thick place' defects and low stitching fastness often seen on high-count-density stitching double-layer fabric are discussed with examples.A solution is made by adjusting the way that the two layers are stitched,including optimizing the average yarn numbers of a stitching unit,the arrangement of stitching points and the type of yarn at stitching points.These measures have rationally resolved the contradiction between appearance and physical properties and improved the wearability of the fabric.
