摘　　要：随着我国经济实力的不断增强、人民币国际地位的日益提高,人民币境外存量急剧上升。如何让境外人民币回流内地市场,直接影响着人民币国际化的进程。本文在分析人民币国际循环机制现状后,认为人民币FDI是境外人民币顺畅回流的主要渠道,而人民币FDI的开展,对我国经济的发展就像是一把"双刃剑",既会带来正面效应也会产生负面影响。本文就如何趋利避害提出了相应的政策建议。With the constant enhancement of China＇s economic power and increasing improvement of RMB international prestige,overseas RMB is sharply increasing.The reflow of overseas RMB to the mainland market directly affects the pace of RMB internationalization.This paper concludes that foreign direct investment in RMB is the main way of realizing the smooth reflow of overseas RMB to the mainland market after analyzing international circulation mechanism of RMB.Moreover,as a double-edged sword,foreign direct investment in RMB has not only positive but also negative effects on economic development in China.Then,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures about how to make full use of its advantages and avoid its harm.
