摘　　要：产业转移综合承接能力通过约束机制影响产业转移的实施与效果,认清各个地区的产业转移综合承接能力大小能够为制定产业政策、促进产业转移提供重要参考。文章从产业转移接受方角度出发,构建了皖北地区产业转移综合承接能力评价指标体系。运用变异系数法确立各指标权重,并运用灰色关联评价方法计算了皖北地区产业转移综合承接能力,然后从多个角度对结果进行比较分析。最后,给出改善和提升皖北地区产业转移综合承接能力的对策与建议。The comprehensive ability to undertake industrial transfer affects the implementation and effect of industrial transfer through binding mechanism.The degree of comprehensive ability to undertake industrial transfer of different regions is an important reference for making industrial policy and promoting industrial transfer.This paper,from the standpoint of the receiving party of industrial transfer,establishes an evaluation index system of the comprehensive ability to undertake industrial transfer of Northern areas of Anhui.Using the method of coefficient variation to obtain the weights of evaluation indexes,the comprehensive ability to undertake industrial transfer of Northern areas of Anhui is calculated by applying gray relational analysis method,and then the results are compared and analyzed from different aspects.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the comprehensive ability to undertake industrial transfer of Northern areas of Anhui are put forward.
