摘  要:设计了一个适合3DPIV测量的轴流泵进水池装置,采用3DPIV技术对进水池内喇叭管下方水体进行测量,获得了测量区域流场的三维分布,分析了流场的流动规律。研究发现,测量区域水流具有三维流动特征,但是流场无对称性,且流态变化较大;前部水流流动偏向右侧,后部等区域存在漩涡,漩涡位置有的比较固定,有的随时间变化。An experimental equipment of the axial flow sump that is suitable for the measurement of the 3DPIV is designed.Firstly,the 3DPIV is applied to the measurement of the flow fields under the bell of the pumps in the opening sumps.Secondly,three whole flow fields are obtained from three different perspectives by the postprocessing of the measurement data,and the character of the flow fields in the measurement sections is acquired.Finally,it is found that the flow of measurement region has the characteristics of 3D flow,but no symmetry,and the flow pattern is in the larger flow deviation;Front flow skewes toward the right,there exist swirls in rear areas,some vortex positions are regular,while others change over time.
