用赖氨酸给予预防癫痫高危人群临床发作的研究

摘  要:目的:探讨用赖氨酸(LHG)给予预防癫痫高危人群临床发作的可行性。方法:选取有癫痫高危因素的个体100例,将其随机分为两组(每组50例):治疗组给予神经营养剂LHG;对照组只纳入观察,不给予药物处理。所有个体入组后即给予脑电图检查,此后每隔半年复查。观察所有个体2年内癫痫发作人数、平均发作持续时间、平均发作潜伏期及其脑电图变化。结果:观察期内,与对照组比较,治疗组癫痫发作人数减少,平均发作持续时间(rain)缩短,平均发作潜伏期(d)延长,其差异有显著意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组个体两年内4次脑电图上出现痂样放电的人数与对照组比较显著减少(P〈0.05)。结论:对癫痫高危人群给予LHG干预可减少癫痫发作,同时脑电图情况也有改善。Objective:To explore the feasible for preventing seizures by lysine hydrohloride granules (LHG) in crowd with high-risk factors of epilepsy. Methods:One hudred subjects with high-risk factors of epilepsy were divided into two groups. The treatment group were administered with LHG. The control group were brought into observation without LHG. All subjects were given EEG examination and reexamination hence every half year. Their numbers of epileptic seizure,mean duration of seizures,mean latency and changes of EEGs were brought into observation. Results:In observation period for two years, the person of epileptic seizure,mean duration of seizures decreased and mean latency increased signifieanty in the treatment group comparied with those in the control group (P〈0.05). The person of epileptic discharges of electroencephalograms for 94 times in treatment group decreased remarkably comparied with those in the control group within two years(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The LHG treatment can decrease person numbers of epileptic seizure and improve conditions in electroencephalograms for crowd with highrisk factors of epilepsy. Epilepsy can be prevented by effective medicine .
