摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善 ,我国矿产资源管理体制也必须进行改革 ,以适应市场经济的发展。Along with the structure of socialist market economy in China is being perfected,the mineral resource management structure should be reformed to suit the development of market economy.Three kinds of reformation thinking about mineral resource management structure are elaborated in this paper.
