阶层分化与认同视野中的“无直接利益冲突”观察

摘　　要："无直接利益冲突"是近几年来我国出现的一种新的社会矛盾形式。当前的研究提供了三种解释范式:"体制论"或结构论范式、"利益论"或利益博弈论范式、"发泄论"或宣泄论范式,分别代表了政治学、经济学和心理学的学科视角。文章从社会学的角度提出"阶层论"或阶层认同论的解释范式,认为社会阶层分化、阶层意识形成过程中出现的阶层认同矛盾、社会集体认同分裂是导致"无直接利益冲突"现象的深层原因。减少阶层冲突,使社会阶层结构趋于合理化,构建和谐的阶层关系,重塑社会认同,是防范和化解"无直接利益冲突"的方向。In recent years,'Non-direct interest Conflict' appears as a new form of social conflict.Current researches put forword three explanatory paradigms:Institutional theory or Structural approach,Interest theory or Interest-game theory,Let-off theory or Catharsis theory,they represent different perspectives of politics,economics,and psychology.From a sociological viewpoint,the paper proposes a new explanatory paradigm called Stratum theory or Stratum identity theory.The theory suggests that the underlying reasous of 'Non-direct interest Conflict' are social stratum stratification,stratum identity contradiction in the course of stratum consciousness formation,and breakup of the social collective identity.Therefore,reducing stratum conflict,rationalizing the structure of social stratum,building a harmonious relationship among stratum,and remolding social identity will be the orientation of taking precautions against and reducing 'Non-direct interest Conflict' risk.
