生态修复产业化模式研究——以北京门头沟国家生态修复示范基地为例

摘　　要：生态修复是对区域受损害自然生态系统过程和功能的重建,往往偏重于技术的研究和应用示范。但随着传统生态修复在区域实践过程中产生的经济瓶颈,尤其是面临区域产业转型问题的突显,生态修复的产业化及其运行模式已成为国内外学者关注的重点。本文以北京门头沟国家生态修复示范基地为例,从产业复合生态系统角度,突破传统产业限制,建立了自然生态修复示范产业、人文生态修复主导产业和经济生态修复引导产业三位一体的产业网络模式,并针对示范基地内的各种具体生态修复领域进行了产业生态链(网)的设计。最后对建立这种新型生态修复产业模式的意义和所面临的问题进行了探讨。Ecological restoration is the area of rebuilding processes of damaged natural ecosystem functions, which often emphasis on the technology research and application demonstration. But because of the economic bottlenecks within the traditional ecological restoration process in the regional practice, especially in the face to deal with the problem of regional industrial restructuring and transformation, how to achieve the goal of industrialization of ecological restoration has become the key research area for domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, takes the Beijing Mentougou National Ecological Restoration Demonstration Base for example, we established the trinity model of natural-economic-social ecological restoration demonstration industry and designed the ecological industrial chains （networks） , which based on the theory of Social-Economic-Natural complex ecosystem, and break the limits of traditional industries theories and definitions. Finally, we also discussed the problems and issues of this new model of ecological restoration industrialization in the process of regional practices.
