摘  要:目的观察灵芝孢子粉治疗后杏仁核点燃模型大鼠神经元IL-6和TNF-αmRNA表达水平的变化,探讨灵芝孢子粉对癫痫的作用及机制。方法雄性大鼠24只,制备杏仁核点燃模型后,分为灵芝孢子粉组、阴性对照组(生理盐水)、阳性对照组(苯巴比妥)。治疗2周后,检测海马组织IL-6和TNF-αmRNA表达情况。结果灵芝孢子粉组及阳性对照组TNF-α、IL-6的mRNA表达均较阴性对照组明显减低(P<0.05),灵芝孢子粉组与阳性对照组之间TNF-α、IL-6的mRNA表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论灵芝孢子粉能够影响癫痫发病过程中的细胞因子,并对神经系统具有镇静和保护功能。Purpose To observe the IL-6 and TNF-a level of amygdala lighting model rat neurons after treatment by Reishi Mushroom Powder and to explore the effect of Reishi Mushroom Powder on epilepsy and its mechanism.Methods24 male rats were made as amygdala lighting model,and divided into three groups,including Reishi Mushroom Powder(dosing group),physiological saline(control group),and phenobarbital(positive group).All of the treatment was given by gastric lavage for 2 weeks.After treatment,IL-6 and TNF-α level of the hippocampus tissue cells were detected.ResultsThe IL-6 level and TNF-α level of dosing group and positive group were significantly lower than those of control group(P0.05).However,there was no difference between the dosing group and positive group(P0.05).ConclusionReishi Mushroom Powder could dramatically reduce the cytokine of neurons caused by epilepsy,and had a sedative and protection function for nervous system.
