摘  要:目的研究萝藦总多糖的提取纯化工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验确定萝藦总多糖的最优提取方法;选用无水葡萄糖为对照品,采用分光光度法,测定萝藦总多糖的含量。结果萝藦总多糖的最优提取方案为12倍药材的水浸泡3 h,回流提取2次,每次2 h,温度为85℃,其提取的总多糖得率为3.97%。结论提取时间对多糖的提取效率影响较大。确定的萝藦总多糖的提取工艺简单有效可行。Purpose To establish the extraction and purification methods for the total polysaccharide of Japanese Metaplexis.MethodsThe L9(34) orthogonal design was used to determine the optimanl extraction method.The anhydrous glucose was chosen as the reference substance,UV spectrophotometric method was adopted and the content of the total polysaccharide was calculated.ResultsThe optimal conditions to extract the total polysaccharides were as follows:using twelve times of water,extracted 2 times at 85 ℃,and each time for 2 hours.ConclusionThe extraction time has the great impact on the extration efficieacy.The orthogonal experimental method used to determine the total polysaccharide is simple,feasible and effective.
