摘 要:用预聚体法,以聚酯二元醇(PEA 1 000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为基本原料,合成了聚酯型水性聚氨酯乳液.探讨了R值(NCO/OH量比)、DMPA用量、中和度等因素对水性聚氨酯乳液粒径、粘度、乳液外观、稳定性等性能的影响.结果表明:随R值的增大,乳液的粘度和粒径均增加,稳定性变差;随DMPA用量的增加,乳液的粒径减小,粘度增大,稳定性增强;随着中和度的增加,乳液的粒径及粘度先减小后增大.The polyester waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared with polyester diol(PEA 1 000),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) using prepolymer method.The influences of the R(the mole ratio of NCO/OH),the amount of DMPA and the neutralization degree on the grain diameter,the viscosity,appearance and the stability of the waterborne polyurethane emulsion were discussed.The results showed that the grain diameter and the viscosity of the emulsion both increased,the stability of the emulsion decreased with the R increasing;the grain diameter of the emulsion decreased,the viscosity of the emulsion and the stability of the emulsion increased as the amount of DMPA increased;the grain diameter and the viscosity of the emulsion both first decreased and then increased as the neutralization degree increased.
