摘 要:为了去除工业废水中的Cr(Ⅵ),采用氧化铝对坡缕石进行改性,以制备的坡缕石/氧化铝复合材料为吸附剂吸附水中的Cr(Ⅵ),研究了影响吸附效果的主要因素(吸附剂用量、溶液初始pH值、吸附时间)及吸附过程的动力学特征,并探讨了吸附平衡。结果表明:氧化铝包覆在坡缕石黏土表面形成了结构蓬松的复合物,当其用量为2.0 g/L时,吸附pH值小于6.0的溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的效果较好,吸附平衡时间为90 min,吸附过程能较好地符合准二级动力学模型,吸附平衡可由Langmuir等温吸附方程描述,饱和吸附量为44.64 mg/g。Palygor skite clay was modified with alumina,and resultant palygorskite/alumina composite was used to adsorb Cr(Ⅵ) in water.The effects of adsorbent dosage,initial pH value of aqueous solution,and adsorption time on adsorbing efficacy were investigated.Moreover,the dynamic characteristics of the adsorption process were examined,and the adsorption equilibrium was discussed as well.It was found that modification of the clay by alumina generated composite with loose structure.Resultant composite at a dosage of 2.0 g/L had good adsorption capability for Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution with a pH value of less than 6.0,while it costed 90 min to reach adsorption equilibrium.Besides,the adsorption process well followed pseudo-second-order dynamic model.The adsorption equilibrium could be well described with Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation,and the saturated adsorption capacity was 44.64 mg/g.
