摘　　要：介绍了不同材质和目数珠光粉的性能和特点,以及珠光印花织物酶漂前处理、丝光、印花、拉幅和轧光等加工工艺;分析了影响珠光印制效果的因素,并给出了应对措施。采用100目以下的钛膜珠光粉和合适的黏合剂等,可确保珠光粉印制厚实、饱满和闪亮。The properties and specifications of pearl powders are introduced. Pearl printing process, including enzyme pretreat- merit, mercerizing, printing, stentering and calendering, are analyzed. Effects of process conditions on printing results are dis- cussed, and corresponding solutions are pointed out. The result shows that selecting pearl powder below 100 mesh and coated with titanium film, as well as suitable adhesive, the printings feature saturated color and glitter effect.
