摘　　要：采用Everzol ED活性染料对棉织物进行冷堆印花。通过考察印花后棉布的表观颜色深度,得到优化工艺为:采用氢氧化钠和碳酸钠混合碱剂,配比为1:2,质量分数为3%;堆置温度20～25℃,堆置时间12～16 h。该冷堆工艺的固色率能达到85%以上,印花织物皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度均较高。Cold print-batch process of cotton fabric is carried out with Everzol ED reactive dyes. The optimum process is deter- mined through evaluation of color depth of printed cotton as follows： the mixed alkali of 3 % with the ratio of NaOH to Na2CO3 1：2, and batch at 20 -25 ℃ for 12 ~ 16 h. The fixation yield is above 85% and color fastness to soaping and rubbing is higher.
