摘　　要：介绍了涤锦超细纤维毛巾布防紫外线整理、抗菌除臭整理和芳香整理工艺,其主要工艺流程包括碱减量、去油、染色功能整理一浴法、脱水、松式烘干和拉幅定形等。对各功能性整理成品进行的测试表明,其UPF值为50+,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为99.9%,留香效果139.68 mg/kg。UV protection finish, bacterial and odor resistant finish and aroma finish of super micro polyester/polyamide towel are introduced. The major processes include alkali-peeling, degreasing, one bath dyeing and finishing, dewatering, slack drying, stentering and setting. The testing results show that the finished towels feature UPF value 50 ＋, antibacterial inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus 99.9% and aroma depositing 139.68 mg/kg.
