摘 要:使用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对果子狸(Paguma larvata)和豺(Cuon alpinus)的毛发进行了检测和分析。结果表明,两种动物毛发的FT-IR图谱具有明显的种间差异,主要表现在出峰范围和最强峰位置的不同;同种动物颈部、腹部和背部针毛的FT-IR图谱具有较好的一致性,表明不同部位针毛的角蛋白分子结构、构型和构像相近;针毛和绒毛的红外图谱都具有共同的特征,均可反映出该物种毛发组织的特征性成分,但针毛的特征性峰高、峰面积更典型,FT-IR光谱特征更稳定。The hairs of Paguma larvata and Cuon alpinus were analyzed by FT-IR. The results showed that there were obvi- ous differences between the hairs of Paguma larvata and Cuon alpinus in peak range; And the strongest peak position of in- frared spectrum could be used to identify their species. The FF-IR of hair from neck, belly and back of the same species of animal was consistent, which proved that their keratin molecule might be identical in structure, configuration and conforma- tion. Both aciulum and villus had the same characteristics that could reflect their tissue's characteristic ingredients; But the FT-IR of aciulum was more stabilized for its typical peak height and peak area.
