摘 要:以4个蓝莓(Vaccinium ssp.)品种生长旺盛期的带芽茎段为供试材料,研究了不同品种、不同基本培养基、不同激素组合对蓝莓茎段初代培养的影响。结果表明,改良的WPM为适合蓝莓茎段初代培养的基本培养基;添加生长素萘乙酸(NAA)对蓝莓茎段的发芽率并无促进作用,添加玉米素(Zt)能提高蓝莓茎段的发芽率,改良的WPM+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+Zt 0.5 mg/L为蓝莓最佳诱导培养基;相同初代培养基上蓝莓不同品种侧芽萌发有先后,园蓝最早,芭尔德温次之,夏普兰最后。The influences of different basic medium, hormone combinations on stem segment initial culture of 4 Vaccinium ssp. varieties were studied. The results were as follows, the modified solid WPM medium was the suitable basic medium for stem segment of Vaccinium ssp. initial culture; addition of auxin had no effect on the germination rate of Vaccinium ssp.; the medium with zeatin improved the germination rate of Vaccinium ssp. obviously; the optimum induction medium was WPM +6-BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+Zt 0.5 mg/L. There was great difference among varieties in the same medium, Gardenblue performed the best, which was followed by Baldwin; Sharpblue performed the worst.
