摘 要:利用激光散射技术考察了分散体系的浊度T与分散相气相SiO2含量m的关系,结果表明T与m数值满足线性关系,拟合得到工作曲线关系式为m=T/62.44,在此基础上建立了浊度法快速测定气相SiO2含量的方法。利用浊度法求得模拟胶体电池隔板上电解液中SiO2的含量m0与理论值相吻合,进一步测定得真实解剖胶体电池的隔板内电解液中SiO2含量m0值也与理论值相吻合,证明了浊度法可以用来快速评价胶体电解液在电池内灌注均匀性。In this paper,the laser light scattering technology has been used to investigate the turbidity(T) of fumed SiO2 dispersion systems with different SiO2 content(m). The results showed that the value of T and m satisfied a linear relationship with a coeffi- cient of 62. 44. The rapid evaluation of fumed silica content with turbidity method was thus founded using this working curve. The value of SiO2 content( m0 )of gel electrolyte in the separator, soaked with known SiO2 content electrolyte in advance, is gained by tur- bidity measurement. The value of m0 obtained fit well with the theoretical value. The SiO2content of electrolyte in the separator of re- al battery cell can also be quickly and accurately determined by this method. Thus, the turbidity method has been confirmed to be an effective way to evaluate the uniformity of the gel electrolyte in the separator of batteries.
