KY-2型缓蚀剂在中原油田卫22块的研究应用

摘　　要：随着油田的不断开发,油田的油井管线等的腐蚀正日益成为一个越来越严重的问题。它因此导致了油井常常"躺井",以致于直接地影响了油田的正常生产。为了解决这些问题,我们用自制的KY-2型缓蚀剂(抗腐蚀剂)在中原油田卫22块作了一系列的试验,发现KY-2型缓蚀剂比其他常用的缓蚀剂效果要好。With the constant exploitation of oilfield, the corrosion and pitting in pole and pipeline are becoming more and more se- vere problems day by day. It thus leads to the oil well frequently lying well, so as to influence directly the normal production of oil- field. In order to solve these prohlems,we have done a series of experiments on side well in WC22 unit of zhongyuan oiltleld with KY-2 inhibitor（ corrosion inhibitor） synthesised by our own and found that the KY-2 inhibitor has a better effect than other usual in- hibitors.
