摘 要:增深剂作为猪皮蓝湿革的染色助剂,可以节约染料用量,减少印染废水排放,改善传统染色皮革得革率低等问题,使皮革表面的品质和染色效果均可得到明显的提升,赋予皮革良好的染色牢度。本文探讨了增深剂处理方法、增深剂处理温度、时间、pH值、用量以及染色温度对上染百分率的影响。试验结果表明,三种增深剂的较佳用量分别为泰尔高SN 10 g/L,泰尔高WLD 5 g/L,增深剂色必深7.5 g/L,泰尔高WLD处理的较佳工艺:温度50℃,时间15 min,pH值4。此工艺条件下,猪皮革粒面K/S值7.831,肉面K/S值13.854,摩擦牢度和耐水牢度有所提高。Deepening agent were applied to the dyeing of wet blue pigskin leather, in expectation to save dye, reduce dyeing wastewater, to improve the problem of low yield ratio of leather in dyeing by the traditional way of temperature, which can enhance the quality of the leather surface and the effects of dyeing, give the leather a good color fastness. The effect of dye uptake was discussed by the treatment method of deepening agent, the temperature, time, pH value, deepening agent concentration and the dyeing temperature. The resuhs showed that the optimum amount of the three deepening agents were Theilgaard SN 10 g/L, Theilgaard WLD 5 g/L, and deepening agent Serbisen 7.5 g/L. The optimal technical process of Theilgaard WLD was temperature 50℃, time 15min, pH value 4. Under the conditions of this process, the K/S value of pigskin grain leather was 7. 831, meat side K/S value was 13. 854, and the rubbing fastness and water fastness was improved.
