摘 要:简述了锆鞣的优缺点,从配位化学和鞣制化学的角度阐述了锆鞣剂的水解配聚对鞣革性能的影响,研究了配聚抑制剂D6对锆鞣剂浊点的影响。结果表明,随着D6用量增加至与硫酸锆的质量比为1∶1时,硫酸锆的浊点可提高至12.24,很好的减缓了锆鞣剂水解聚合的程度,能改善锆鞣剂在皮中的渗透性能,促进锆鞣剂在革内分布更均匀,使锆鞣更具发展前景。The advantages and disadvantages of zirconium tanning were analyzed briefly in this paper. The influences about tanning performance that caused by the hydrolysis and polymerization of zirconium tanning agent were expatiated based on coordinating chemistry and tanning chemistry. We investigated p coordination polymer inhibitor agent I)6 on the cloud point of zirconium tanning agent. It showed that , with the content of D6 increased and when the mass ratio of zirconium sulfate and D6 was 1 : 1, the cloud piont of zirconium sulfate can be raised to 12.24. And it may be reduce the degree of zirconium tanning agents hydrolysis and polymerization well, even more promote it permeating and eombinating rapidly and improve zirconium tanning properties with vastitude application foreground.
