摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定降脂宁胶囊中红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷的含量。方法采用SunFire C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温35℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(18∶82),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长278 nm。结果红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷的平均回收率为99.42%,RSD=2.99%。结论所用方法简便、准确,可用于降脂宁胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for quantitative determination of rubrofusarin gentiobioside in Jiangzhining capsule.METHODS The determination was carried out with a SunFire C18 column（150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm）,with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（18：82） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,detected at the wavelength 278 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃.RESULTS The average recovery of rubrofusarin gentiobioside was 99.42% with RSD of 2.99%.CONCLUSION The determination results of three batches of samples showed that the method was easy and accurate which could be used to control the quality of Jiangzhining capsule.
