摘  要:利用阻化剂防止煤炭自燃,是国内外煤矿常用的防灭火技术之一。阻化剂主要分为物理阻化剂和化学阻化剂,目前前者被大量使用,对其阻化机理的研究也比较多;后者应用较少,且没有相应的阻化机理。针对这一情况,系统总结了关于物理阻化剂的阻化机理,并采用化学阻化剂对煤样进行阻化处理,同时以清水处理的煤样作为参考,提出过硫酸钠可以作为一种防止煤炭自燃的化学阻化剂。通过分析实验现象及结果,总结出化学阻化机理,同时提出了复合阻化机理。Inhibitor is commonly used to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal in domestic and foreign coal mines.Inhibitor can be divided into physical and chemical inhibitor,the former is currently in heavy use,so more extensive study was made on its inhibition mechanism;the latter is seldom used,so there is no corresponding study on the chemical inhibition mechanism.This paper systematically summarized the inhibition mechanism of the physical inhibitor,and the chemical inhibitor was used for retardant treatment of the coal samples,the coal samples treated with water was regarded as a reference,finally a conclusion was reached that the sodium persulfate can be used as a chemical inhibitor for the prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal.The chemical inhibition mechanism was summarized and the compound inhibition mechanism was proposed through the analysis on the experimental phenomena and results.
