摘　　要：在综述颠覆性创新理论的基础上,从价值系统的角度构建了一个用于颠覆性创新的分析框架。基于该框架,本文总结了广东省LED照明颠覆传统照明的表现形式,分析了传统照明在位企业落后的原因,并提出了广东省LED照明行业发展的政策建议。After reviewing the theory of disruptive innovation,this paper put forwards a framework for analyzing disruptive innovation from the perspective of value system.According to the framework,it summarizes types of disruption that LED brings to typical lighting industry in Guangdong Province,analyzes the reasons why established firms fail and proposes policy recommendations to accelerate the development of LED lighting industry in Guangdong Province.
