社区居民对会展业经济影响感知研究--以广州琶洲村村民为例

摘　　要：广交会及广州琶洲会展中心已成为广州会展业的代表符号,广州琶洲村毗邻琶洲会展中心,是会展业促进城市化发展的典型城中村。本文以琶洲村村民为例,通过社区居民感知内容、感知结构及感知特征3个维度解析城市大力倡导发展的会展业对社区经济的影响。其区别于以往研究之处有二:一是把视角放在产生持续效应的会展中心和大型展会对周边社区的经济影响上,而非偶发性的体育事件和节庆活动;二是运用定性的方法重点挖掘社区居民的经济影响感知,而非运用追求普适性的定量方法。研究结果显示:社区经济对会展业的依赖性增强,主要表征在影响居民的收入来源、就业方式以及获取房屋及店铺的租金上;居民对于会展业的发展总体持乐观及支持态度,积极性感知弱化了会展所带来的其他消极性感知;村民不满足现有的外部交换关系,热切希望引入中高端的外来消费者参与到他们的经济交换之中。The Canton Fair and the Pazhou International Exhibition Center have become the icons of the MICE （Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, Exhibitions） industry of Guangzhou. Pazhou Village, located near the Exhibition Center, is a typical example of the urban village whose urbanization is promoted by the MICE industry. In this paper, the perception of the village community residents about the economic impact of the development of MICE industry on the community is examined, and the content, structure and feature of the perception are explained. The study is different from the previous ones in two aspects： one is that its attention is not paid to the sport events or festivals but the continuous economic impact of the large-scale exhibitions and conferences on the neighboring community, the other is that it is not applying the universally applicable quantitative approach but the qualitative analysis to investigate the social exchange relationship and the community residents＇ perception on the economic impact. The findings indicate that： The community residents now heavily rely on MICE industry, since the industry offers them main income and employment. The residents bear more optimistic perception than negative, that may reduce the passive factors from the industry. The community residents are not content with the current external exchange relationship and are looking forward to a higher-level one.
