喷射式旋转床转子对传质性能的影响

摘  要:采用乙醇-水体系,在常压全回流条件下,对三种转子的喷射式旋转床进行精馏试验.结果表明:喷射式旋转床的每米理论塔板数均随气相动能因子、转速的增大出现峰值,转子Ⅰ的传质效率高于转子Ⅱ和转子Ⅲ.转子Ⅰ的每米理论塔板数在30~42块之间.每块理论板压降随气相动能因子、转速增大而增大,在相同条件下转子Ⅰ的每块理论板压降低于转子Ⅱ和转子Ⅲ,转子Ⅰ的比压降在90~180Pa/块之间.装有液体分布器的转子Ⅰ的每米理论塔板数比无液体分布器时的高40%~60%.Experiments of total reflux distillation with three types of rotating jet beds were carried out with ethanol-water systems at atmospheric pressure.The results showed that the number of theoretical plates per meter of three types of rotating jet beds(RJB) appeared a peak with the increase of gas kinetic energy factor and rotational speed.Mass-transfer efficiency of rotor Ⅰ was higher than that of rotor Ⅱ and rotor Ⅲ.The number of theoretical plates per meter is 30~42 for rotor Ⅰ.The specific pressure drop increased with the increase of gas kinetic energy factor and rotational speed,and that of rotor Ⅰ lower than that of rotor Ⅱ and rotor Ⅲ.The specific pressure drops is 90~180 Pa for rotor Ⅰ.The number of theoretical plates per meter of rotor Ⅰ of RJB with liquid distributor increased by 40%~60% compared with that of RJB without liquid distributor.
